LocalBiz Limited is a company registered in England and Wales, with its Headquarters in Ilkley in West Yorkshire. It was formed in January 2003, after extensive research into the requirements for an innovative programme to support Enterprise, Work-related Learning and Key Skills. LocalBiz launched its first product in September 2003, with a pilot in West Yorkshire. "The LocalBiz Project" is now an extremely flexible and practical business-related activity, which helps to develop the enterprise culture throughout the UK. While targetting the education sector, LocalBiz aims to involve every aspect of the community, bringing together all those who contribute to, or are part of, that very special grouping.
