| The overall design of The Localbiz Project is to provide as much flexibility as possible, in the knowledge that each school, and each successive set of students,
will have different needs. Those needs in turn will change over time.
Thus the Project is deliberately described as having a core theme of students managing and maintaining the content of a community website, with a variety of activities available to create a programme of work for a specific situation. The Project Library contains teacher notes and students worksheets for a number of activities. The creation of a customised programme is simple - take the Short Enterprise Programme, and expand or modify it with those activities which are appropriate. You can also add activities of your own. Equally, you can start with one of the other Programmes and customise from that starting point. If you are new to the Project, then this may seem a little daunting. By talking to the LocalBiz team, however, we can help you to arrive at the right programme for you and your students. The Short Enterprise Programme Teacher's Guide is sent to you immediately in an email when you register for a free trial.
